About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Intern to join PhonePes HR team. In this role, you will work on the Mass Sales Hiring Engine, executing high-volume recruitment drives for frontline sales and merchant acquisition teams across regions. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing strategies, funnel optimization, and high-volume recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Sourcing: Source candidate profiles for frontline sales roles via job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and local networks.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct high-volume telephonic screens to assess candidates on basic sales acumen, language proficiency, and location suitability.
- Drive Execution: Coordinate and schedule bulk interview drives, walk-in sessions, and field hiring events.
- Vendor & Channel Coordination: Assist in liaising with recruitment agencies, field partners, and internal referral programs to maintain candidate flow.
- Funnel Tracking & ATS Management: Maintain real-time candidate trackers, update ATS records (SmartRecruiters),



and monitor offer-to-joining conversion ratios.

What We Are Looking For

- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, strong negotiation skills, and ability to handle high-volume operations.
- Mindset: Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a quick-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic command of MS Excel/Google Sheets and prior exposure to job portals like Naukri is a plus.
