Exp Req- 0- 6 Months Exp into Recruitment - Preffered

Note -Excellent English Communication skills are Required Candidate should Reside within Hexaware Travelling Boundary .

Description

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
2. Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
3. Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media.
4. Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
5. Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
6. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports.
7. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
8. Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience.

Note - Freshers with Excellent communication skills , willing to work in to Talent Acquisition are applicable for this position ,



Graduation is Mandatory

Note- Only Accepting Candidates Residing within 25-30 Kms from the office

Previous experience in BPO Hiring preferred
