Position: Recruitment Executive / TA Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, databases, and local hiring channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate selection rounds.
- Manage bulk hiring and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Visit client locations whenever required to understand manpower requirements and coordinate hiring needs.
- Coordinate with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and work in a target-oriented workplace.
