Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of interview and hiring processes.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
