Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze manpower requirements received from different departments.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements, profiles, and timelines.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and allocate requirements to the appropriate consultants.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee references, and qualified networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on the required skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements.
- Communicate with candidates through phone, email, and other channels regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, availability, and joining timelines.




- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening and participate in candidate interviews.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including documentation, salary discussions, offer release, and joining.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and other HR-related documents.
- Assist in salary negotiations and ensure alignment with approved salary structures.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support HR activities and other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
