Key Responsibilities

- CRM &
- ERP Administration: Configure workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and access permissions; deliver daily tier-2/3 functional support across CRM and ERP applications.

- Vendor &

- Project Management: Coordinate directly with external software vendors, track project timelines, manage deliverables, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Custom Development &

- System Enhancements: Design, code, and deploy custom scripts, application modules, and workflow automations to enhance CRM and ERP functionality according to business requirements.

- API Integration &

- Data Analytics: Maintain and build REST/SOAP API integrations between CRM, ERP, and third-party systems; create basic business dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, or Excel.

- AI &

- Automation Initiatives: Assist in evaluating and implementing AI tools, RPA workflows, and smart automation features within our enterprise applications.

- User Support &





- SOPs: Create user documentation, SOPs, and training guides; conduct training sessions to ensure high system adoption across departments.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education &

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/MCA with minimum 2–3 years of working, hands-on experience in CRM administration and ERP operations.

- Technical &
- Developer Background: Robust exposure to API integration (REST/JSON/Webhooks), database queries (SQL), and data analytics tools.

- Vendor &

- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience handling software vendor coordination, system troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical business teams.
