Job Summary

Vikram Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a skilled and responsible System Administrator to manage and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure, computer hardware and software, CCTV surveillance systems, Wi-Fi, and WLAN networking. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely technical support to hospital staff and departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

- Install, update, and maintain operating systems, application software, and antivirus solutions.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related technical issues.

- Manage and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, WLAN, routers, switches, and network connectivity.

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance network connectivity.

- Ensure secure and reliable internet and network connectivity across hospital departments.

- Provide IT support to doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other hospital employees.

- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, data backups,



and basic system security checks.

- Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and records of repairs and maintenance.

- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, networking, CCTV, and other technical requirements.

- Respond promptly to technical issues to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted hospital operations.

- Follow hospital policies related to data confidentiality, information security, and patient data protection.

Educational Qualification

- Any Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Hardware and Networking, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience Required

- Previous experience in System Administration, IT Support, Hardware and Networking, or a similar role is required.

- Hands-on experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, Wi-Fi/WLAN, and CCTV systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
