Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously. Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, unauthorized access and security breaches. Maintain surveillance records, incident reports and daily monitoring logs.

Coordinate with security guards and management to address security concerns. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Review CCTV footage whenever required for investigations. Monitor employee and customer movement to prevent theft and misconduct.

Immediately escalate emergencies and unusual incidents to the concerned authorities. Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues.

Required Skills Strong observation and monitoring skills. Good communication and reporting abilities.



Attention to detail and alertness. Basic computer knowledge and CCTV system handling. Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts if required. Integrity, discipline and a solid sense of responsibility.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass; graduation is preferred. Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance or loss prevention is an advantage.
