Designation: Deputy Manager - Vehicle Engineering

Office Location: Halol Plant

Primary Responsibilities:

- Overall Coordination of activities and planning related to current and future Programs. Support Product Engineering function with overall coordination within engineering and plant/field team for quality issues related to design.
- Provide technical support and assist problem solving with CFT (Cross Functional Team) from different functions like Quality, PE, SQE, Mfg & SCM for quality concerns and system improvement.
- Implement design changes in discussions with PE SMEs related to quality & product concerns for current and new projects to provide robust design as output.
- Participate in plant meetings that handles Engineering issues related to design, warranty, manufacturing issues & customer complaints (internal & external) in quality and post launch meetings.




- Support other quality metrics like SUSA, IPTV, DRR, DRL for engineering issues.
- Knowledge of tools such as Vehicle Spy, CANOE, IMMO tool.
- Co-ordination with supply chain to ensure new level of parts availability to support production.

Degree: BE/BTech (Electrical, Electronics)

Years of experience: 4 to 6 years

Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills. Knowledge for Programs coordination activities and adept in PowerPoint, Excel.
- Exposure to Cross-functional and multi-cultural working workplace.
- Good Team Player, can handle multiple meeting coordination, good analytical knowledge and problem-solving techniques.
