Key Responsibilities

- Initiate lead generation efforts in one new market and one existing market.

- Identify potential customers across relevant sectors, industries, departments (e.g., Purchase, Level 3, Decision Makers).

- Build a database of potential distributors and resellers.

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to generate high-quality leads via:

- Search engines (Google)

- Social media platforms

- Email marketing

- Cold calling

- Content marketing

- Paid advertising

- Events: seminars, webinars, exhibitions, etc.

- Conduct detailed research to understand audience demographics, preferences, behaviors, and pain points.

- Use insights to tailor campaigns and messaging.

- Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to enhance website content and landing pages.

- Apply best practices for UX, conversion rate optimization, and lead capture forms.

- Utilize lead generation platforms such as: Marketing automation software, CRM systems, Email marketing tools, Social media platforms, Analytics tools.

- Interpret campaign metrics and performance data to refine strategies.

- Robust written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to develop compelling content and offers.





- Project management and organizational capabilities.

- Focused on achieving lead generation targets and KPIs.

- Familiarization & Onboarding: Understand company products, services, target audience, and lead generation goals. Review existing strategies, tools, and systems.

- Research & Analysis: Study target audience demographics, interests, pain points, and online behavior. Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities.

- Strategy Development: Create a lead generation strategy aligned with business goals. Define KPIs and measurable targets.

- Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce relevant content: Blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, e-flyers, social media posts. Optimize content for SEO and user experience to enhance lead capture.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- A graduation degree is required; additional certifications are a plus.
