About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Support Executive to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates from non-IT backgrounds who are willing to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in customer or technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers or users with their queries and basic support requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, chats, or other communication channels as required.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Follow company processes and continuously learn about products, services, and support procedures.

Skills & Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.




- Candidates from IT and non-IT backgrounds are welcome.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and internet usage.
