- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth execution of production schedules.

- Update and maintain production planning data in SAP/ERP systems.

- Monitor production progress and report deviations from the planned schedule.

- Support material planning by tracking raw material and consumable availability.

- Prepare daily production reports, MIS reports, and production dashboards.

- Maintain production planning records, documents, and reports.

- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure timely completion of production activities.

- Assist in inventory monitoring and coordinate with Stores to avoid material shortages.

- Support capacity planning and production scheduling activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies,



quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
