– Support Engineer

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Support Engineer with good English communication skills and basic computer knowledge to manage support-related activities and maintain proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Manage emails and respond to queries professionally.
- Maintain records and prepare reports using MS Word and Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Perform day-to-day support and documentation tasks.

Required Skills:

- Good command of written and verbal English.
- Working knowledge of Gmail, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: BE, B.Tech, B.Sc. (Computer Science), or PGDCA.
