We are expanding our international procurement operations and are looking for an experienced supply chain professional with strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to develop reliable supplier relationships.

About the RoleWe are seeking a Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our international team remotely from India.

You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, communicating directly with factories, negotiating purchasing conditions, verifying product quality and certifications, and coordinating procurement activities from sourcing through delivery.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working for Samsung, Apple, Google, Sony, LG, Motorola, Lenovo, Amazon, Flipkart, or established mobile electronics distributors.

Experience with Samsung GSPN, authorized service networks, genuine spare parts, or manufacturer procurement systems is highly preferred.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong product knowledge, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage international supplier relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Sourcing &

- Development

- Identify reliable manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers of mobile phones, spare parts, accessories, and electronic components.
- Research and qualify new suppliers in India, China, and international markets.
- Source genuine and high-quality products for leading mobile electronics brands.
- Compare supplier quotations, prices, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms.
- Negotiate competitive prices and develop long-term supplier relationships.
- Identify alternative suppliers to improve availability and reduce procurement risks.
- Maintain supplier records and evaluate supplier performance.

Supplier Verification & • Factory Coordination
- Verify supplier registration, business licenses, company background, manufacturing capabilities, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate directly with factories regarding product specifications, production capacity, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate factory inspections, supplier audits, sample evaluations, and pre-shipment quality checks.
- Review product certifications and test reports, including CE, RoHS, UN38.3, and other applicable requirements.
- Verify product authenticity, manufacturer part numbers, traceability, and authorized supply channels.
- Identify counterfeit risks, unreliable suppliers, and quality concerns.
- Follow up on defective products, supplier complaints, and corrective actions.

Mobile Electronics & • Spare Parts Procurement




- Manage sourcing and purchasing of displays, batteries, motherboards, cameras, charging components, accessories, and other electronic spare parts.
- Understand manufacturer part numbers, model compatibility, and spare-part classifications.
- Monitor supplier stock, product availability, pricing changes, and new model releases.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, authenticity, warranty conditions, price, and reliability.
- Support procurement of genuine Samsung Service Pack parts and other original manufacturer components.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to identify demand and new sourcing opportunities.

Samsung GSPN & • Authorized Service Networks
- Support purchasing through authorized manufacturer supply channels.
- Understand Samsung GSPN workflows, spare-part identification, availability checks, ordering, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with authorized distributors and service partners.
- Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and follow manufacturer requirements.

Previous Samsung GSPN experience is a significant advantage. Purchasing, Inventory & Logistics

- Prepare purchase orders and monitor supplier confirmations and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on outstanding purchases and resolve supplier delays.
- Coordinate international shipments, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
- Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and import/export documentation.
- Support demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and inventory optimization.
- Resolve discrepancies involving deliveries, quantities, pricing, and supplier invoices.
- Monitor purchasing costs, supplier performance, and delivery accuracy.

ERP & Reporting
- Maintain accurate supplier, product, pricing, and purchasing information in ERP systems.
- Process purchasing activities using Odoo ERP.
- Prepare supplier comparison reports, purchasing summaries, and cost analyses.
- Track supplier quality, delivery performance, and procurement savings.
- Recommend improvements to purchasing, inventory, and supplier management processes.
- Coordinate with management, warehouse, accounting, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier development, or supply chain management within mobile or consumer electronics.
- Professional experience with recognized electronics manufacturers, authorized distributors, major electronics retailers, or established mobile spare-parts businesses.
- Robust knowledge of mobile phones, genuine spare parts, accessories, and electronic components.
- Experience identifying, verifying, and negotiating with international suppliers and factories.
- Understanding of product authenticity, quality inspections, and certification requirements.
- Experience managing purchase orders, quotations, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Knowledge of international procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.




- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with international teams.

Mandatory Industry BackgroundWe will only consider candidates with relevant professional experience in one of the following environments: Electronics Manufacturers: Samsung, Apple, Google, Sony, LG Electronics, Motorola, Lenovo, or comparable companies.

E-commerce & Distribution: Amazon, Flipkart, authorized mobile spare-parts distributors, major mobile phone wholesalers, established electronics importers, or component manufacturers.

Candidates must have worked in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, electronics distribution, or a directly related supply chain function.

General logistics or purchasing experience without relevant electronics industry knowledge will not be sufficient.

Preferred Experience

- Hands-on Samsung GSPN or authorized manufacturer procurement experience.
- Experience sourcing genuine Samsung Service Pack parts and OEM components.
- Established relationships with electronics manufacturers or authorized distributors.
- Experience working directly with factories in India and China.
- Supplier audits, factory inspections, quality control, and supplier verification.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery certifications and international shipping requirements.
- Experience sourcing products for European markets.
- Experience managing manufacturer part numbers and supplier price lists.
- Experience with Odoo ERP or similar purchasing and inventory systems.
- Proven ability to develop new suppliers and negotiate competitive agreements.
