Role & responsibilities

- Collect and compare pricing quotations from suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare cost comparisons and pricing sheets for materials and products.
- Coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices and obtain competitive quotations.
- Analyze material costs, transportation charges, and other related expenses.
- Maintain updated vendor pricing records and databases.
- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and operations teams regarding pricing requirements.
- Prepare quotations and cost estimates as per business requirements.
- Track market price fluctuations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, cost calculations, and documentation.
