Supply Chain Executive

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹25,000 - 35,000

Education: Any Graduate

About the Role

We are hiring an organized Supply Chain Executive to handle daily purchasing, vendor follow-ups, and data management at our Ahmedabad office.

Key Responsibilities

- Create purchase orders using sales and stock data
- Maintain purchasing records, pricing, and vendor files
- Enter, verify, and manage supplier invoices
- Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, shortages, and pricing
- Find and fix pricing, quantity, and invoice discrepancies
- Prepare regular reports using MS Excel

Requirements

- Strong Excel and data-entry skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities




- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in purchasing, retail, wholesale, or FMCG is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
