Assistant Manager - Foreclosure

Job Overview:

Foreclosure:

· Basic knowledge about US Mortgage and foreclosure process both Judicial & Non -Judicial Foreclosure along with good understanding of Mortgage documents such as Notice of Default, Notice of Sale, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Title documents etc. Having knowledge on Bankruptcy as well will be added advantage.

- Reviewing Title/TSG reports, and other Foreclosure Milestones per the state requirements.
- Preparing Notice of Default and Publication package preparations

· Mailing Notice of Sale and other documents for service of process
- Reviewing the borrower details to determine whether the borrower is falling under any state regulated protections which in turn will influence the Quiet Title
- Reviewing of other Title documents for any potential Title issue
- Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer, and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.

· Understanding of FHA/VA loan requirements and guidelines





· Update and document all tracking systems including the transparent and accurate documentation of the accounts worked

Qualification & Experience

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role

- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
- Good written and oral communications skills in English
- US Mortgage Experience in Foreclosure process (Minimum 12 Months experience)
