- Extensive experience in pricing, commercial modeling, deal structuring, and profitability analysis within BPO and services organizations.
- Build detailed financial models for new business opportunities, renewals, expansions, and transformation engagements.
- Support client proposals, RFP responses, contract negotiations, and pricing governance processes.
- Conduct cost analysis, sensitivity analysis, benchmarking, and margin optimization exercises.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, delivery, finance, and leadership teams to develop competitive and profitable commercial solutions.
- Robust understanding of revenue models, staffing assumptions, productivity metrics, and operational cost structures.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities with strong analytical and presentation skills.
