Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production, blending, filling, packing, and dispatch activities.

- Monitor manpower allocation and ensure proper utilization of workers and machinery.

- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.

- Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch departments.

- Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and shift handover reports.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of base oils, additives, lubricants, and finished goods.

- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor.

- Identify production issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.

- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.





- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate qualification in a relevant field.

- Experience in oil manufacturing, lubricant blending, filling, or packaging will be preferred.

- Valuable leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of production reporting, inventory control, and workplace safety.

- Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day production activities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
