Key Responsibilities and Profile

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and monthly business performance reporting activities.

• Support business leaders through financial planning, operational analysis, and decision-support insights.

• Manage cost tracking, profitability analysis, revenue performance monitoring, and expense optimization initiatives.

• Develop management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations highlighting key financial trends.

• Perform detailed variance analysis and recommend actions to improve financial performance.

• Partner closely with operations, HR, delivery, and leadership teams to support business objectives.

• Solid understanding of P&L; ownership, business finance, commercial finance, and operational finance concepts.

- Advanced Excel, Power BI, financial modeling, and analytical skills preferred.
