- Plan, schedule and execute daily dispatch operations in accordance with sales orders, delivery schedules and customer commitments.

- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure product availability, readiness and timely dispatch.

- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, lorry receipts (LRs) and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely vehicle placement, material movement and dispatch execution.

- Track shipments and proactively resolve transit delays, transportation issues and delivery-related concerns.

- Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment details and MIS reports, including reconciliation of dispatched quantities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable GST and e-way bill requirements, company SOPs and safety procedures.





- Monitor transportation and logistics costs and support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce dispatch expenses.

- Respond to customer queries regarding dispatch status, delivery schedules and documentation, ensuring timely and skilled communication.

- Supervise loading activities to ensure correct quantities, proper material identification and safe handling of finished goods.
