Role Description The Student Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at Besant Technologies, Anna Nagar, in Chennai.

The Student

Assistant will support daily training operations by assisting instructors during classes, helping with classroom setup, organizing learning materials, and coordinating schedules.

Responsibilities include guiding students with basic queries, maintaining attendance records, and supporting student onboarding and feedback collection. The role may also involve updating internal documentation,



providing administrative support to the training coordinators, and ensuring a smooth learning environment for all participants.

Qualifications

- Ability to assist with classroom activities, documentation, and general administrative tasks in a training environment.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with instructors, students, and staff.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with office productivity tools and online learning platforms.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
