We are hiring a Structural Analysis Engineer for one of our premium clients.

Position: Structural Analysis Engineer

Experience: 9 to 12 Years

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Basic Qualifications & Key Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Applied Mechanics / Structural Engineering
- 9 to 12 years of strong experience in Stress Analysis
- Strong experience in Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA) is mandatory and highly preferred
- Experience in Stress Liaison & Concession Analysis for various production non-conformances
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple products, locations, and external partners
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones




- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical reports and proposals
- Proficiency in English and MS Office tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work successfully in high-pressure, time-constrained environments

• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and partners to achieve project and departmental objectives
