A highly driven and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process optimization, system enablement, and business transformation. This role requires robust project governance, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making capabilities to deliver impactful outcomes across Sales, Marketing, Finance, SCM, Service, and IT functions.

- Project Planning & Governance
- Build detailed project charters, timelines, workstreams, and governance frameworks.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; ensure smooth execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, SCM, Service, and IT.
- Standardize project reporting dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate with product, pricing, SCM, and commercial teams to drive unified project outcomes.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly project review forums with action closure.




- Sales Process & System Enablement
- Work on initiatives related to o Secondary Sales process digitization o CRM/ERP feature enhancement o Field productivity tools o Scheme execution and payout workflows
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Use Excel/Power BI to track KPIs, identify deviations, and derive corrective actions.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and management presentations.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Ensure communication flow across leadership, regional teams, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Create project update decks and executive summaries.
- Change Management
- Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and policies across the field force.
- Conduct training and capability building sessions where required.
