- Experience: 5 to 8 Years in vendor management & partnership in staffing firm
- Location: Bengaluru

- What youll do
- Identify and onboard IT staffing vendors and technology consulting partners
- Set up SLAs, partnership frameworks and performance scorecards
- Run monthly and quarterly partner reviews and resolve escalations
- Be the main point of contact for vendors and set candidate quality standards
- Coordinate resource allocation with our Resource Management team What we’re looking for

- 5+ years in vendor management, partnership development or business alliances
- Proven record of onboarding current vendors or partners
- Understanding of IT staffing, consulting or tech services
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and SLA tracking skills
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools and vendor management systems
