Laxmi Dental Limited is looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Strategic Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team to support senior leadership in business coordination, strategic planning, and day-to-day executive activities.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the leadership team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.
- Track key action items, business priorities, and follow-ups assigned by the leadership team.
- Assist in strategic planning, business reviews, and special projects.
- Handle confidential information and maintain professional discretion.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.





? Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant qualification would be an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Robust proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and manage deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and professional conduct.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
