Role Description The Stores Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Nashik Area. This role is responsible for day-to-day stores operations, including receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials; organizing and maintaining inventory; and issuing materials to production and other departments as per requirements.

Executive will update stock records, track material movements, and support periodic stock audits to ensure accurate inventory levels. The role also includes coordinating with procurement, production, and sales teams for timely material availability,



managing documentation, and following safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.

Executive will interact with internal stakeholders and, where required, vendors and logistics partners to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in retail or store operations, including handling inventory, material issues, and basic documentation.
- Knowledge of sales and commerce fundamentals to understand stock turnover, demand, and material planning.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP tools and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to work in an industrial setting, follow safety procedures, and support regular stock audits.
- Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; experience in manufacturing, mining, or metals sector is an advantage.
