Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

- Maintain accurate inventory records for food items, beverages, housekeeping materials, uniforms, crockery, cutlery, and other operational supplies, as applicable.

- Issue materials to the respective departments against approved requisitions.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.

- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) procedures wherever applicable.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.

- Monitor expiry dates and maintain appropriate storage and hygiene standards, particularly for food items.

- Maintain inward, outward, and stock transfer records using Excel or inventory management software.





- Coordinate with the chefs, operations, housekeeping, and purchase teams to fulfill material requirements.

- Report damaged, expired, missing, or slow-moving stock to the concerned manager.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and audit requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1–3years of experience as a Storekeeper in hotels, restaurants, airport catering, hospitality, or food and beverage operations.

- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and store documentation.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
