Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the existing retail store in Greater Kailash, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining premium brand standards. The role requires a commercially focused professional who can independently manage store activities and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet.

Drive store sales by engaging customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable products.

Achieve sales targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Deliver an excellent customer experience through personalized product demonstrations and effective product presentations.

Maintain premium visual merchandising, product displays, store presentation, and brand standards.

Manage inventory, stock verification, replenishment, and coordination with the warehouse and head office.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales service professionally.





Train and guide store staff on product knowledge, customer handling, grooming, and sales techniques.

Maintain daily sales reports, billing records, inventory reports, and other operational documentation.

Monitor store performance, identify sales opportunities, and implement measures to improve revenue and customer retention.

Build relationships with walk-in customers and repeat buyers to strengthen the store's local presence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience in retail store management, sales, or store operations.

Experience in premium retail, lifestyle, home dcor, handicrafts, furniture, or luxury products preferred.

Strong sales, customer relationship management, and team-handling skills.

Knowledge of POS systems, billing, inventory management, and MS Excel.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage store operations independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

A proactive and sales-oriented professional with experience managing a premium retail outlet, driving revenue, handling customers, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and service.
