Role Description

- The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
- The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Experience in store or retail operations handling inventory and stock records
- Proficiency with basic computer applications such as MS Office and inventory software for stock management and documentation
- In addition, the role involves handling customer concerns, ensuring high standards of service, managing loss prevention activities,



and coordinating with senior management on reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Proven Store Management experience in retail or healthcare-related environments.
- Experience in supervising staff, workforce scheduling, and performance management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline, preferably B.Com, BBA, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- 3–5 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, stock reports, inventory reconciliation, and data entry.
- Experience in managing inward and outward stock, GRN, delivery challans, stock registers, and dispatch documentation.
- Ability to monitor stock levels, conduct physical stock audits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Experience in medical equipment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or engineering stores will be preferred.
