Role & responsibilities

Manage receiving, binning, preservation and timely issue of materials to the manufacturing shop.

Ensure timely SAP posting of production orders and material issues.

Maintain SKU inventory, min/max stock levels, cycle counts and annual physical inventory.

Manage scrap identification, segregation, storage, reconciliation and disposal.

Maintain proper store documentation, material traceability and inventory records.

Ensure 5S, visual management, safety and space utilization within the stores.

Participate in KAIZEN, TQM, Safety and training initiatives.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Finance for material requirements and discrepancies.

Preferred candidate profile

515 years experience in Stores/Warehouse/Material Management, preferably in manufacturing.

Hands-on SAP experience.

Solid inventory control and SKU management experience.

Scrap Management experience is mandatory.

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
