GRAMMY ACOUSTICS

Murthal

We manufacture audio products, including soundbars, party speakers and portable speakers. We are looking for an organised and alert Store Executive to manage raw materials, maintain accurate inventory and ensure production receives the correct materials on time.

We value practical understanding, numerical ability, honesty and willingness to learn. Candidates with limited experience who can identify mistakes, solve problems and take responsibility are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive materials and verify item codes, quantities and condition against purchase orders, invoices and delivery challans. Record and report shortages, excess quantities, damage or incorrect supplies.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and maintain timely, accurate inward, outward and stock records in our inventory system.
- Coordinate with incoming quality inspection. Keep materials awaiting inspection, accepted materials and rejected materials clearly identified and separated.
- Maintain organised racks, bin locations, labels, barcodes and bin cards so that every material can be located and counted easily.
- Follow FIFO—First In, First Out—and expiry-based issue rules wherever applicable.
- Prepare production kits against the approved Bill of Materials (BOM) and production voucher. Calculate quantities required for the planned production batch and highlight shortages before production starts.
- Check part codes, specifications, model compatibility and brand-specific components carefully, particularly where materials look similar.
- Issue materials against authorised requests and obtain receiving acknowledgement. Link additional material issues to the relevant production voucher.

- Record unused material returns, damaged components and rejected materials accurately. Route returned material for inspection wherever required.
- Conduct regular physical counts, reconcile stock with system records and investigate differences. Make stock adjustments only with approval.
- Report low stock, pending shortages, slow-moving materials and excess inventory to the purchase and production teams.
- Maintain secure storage, good housekeeping and 5S practices. Follow prescribed handling precautions for PCBs, electronic components and batteries.
- Suggest practical improvements that reduce searching time, counting errors, material damage and production delays.

What We Are Looking For

- Good basic mathematics and confidence working with quantities, part codes and units.
- Basic understanding of FIFO, barcodes, GRNs, stock records and material issue procedures.
- Ability to understand a BOM and calculate material requirements.
- Basic Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, filtering and simple formulas.
- Comfortable learning inventory or ERP software.
- Attention to detail and the confidence to flag discrepancies promptly.
- Willingness to work actively across the store and production floor.
- Clear communication with production, purchase, quality and accounts teams.

Qualification 12th pass, ITI, diploma or graduate. Practical ability and learning attitude will carry greater weight than academic qualifications.

Growth Opportunity

Opportunity to develop skills in manufacturing inventory, ERP operations, material planning and store management.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Benefits

- Health insurance
- Provident Fund
