Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager & ASM to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and monitor store performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve business goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and store merchandising.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in retail, preferably in a Store Manager & ASM role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.
- Positive understanding of inventory management, billing, and team handling.
