Role overview, We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations, opening/closing, and cash handling. Lead, schedule, train, and motivate store staff. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.

Monitor sales performance, inventory, merchandising, and stock levels. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation. Prepare daily or weekly sales and inventory reports. RequirementsPrevious retail or store-management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Comfortable with sales targets, inventory, and cash procedures. Versatile availability, including weekends if needed.
