Job Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the namkeen/farsan retail store. Handle staff management, duty scheduling, and staff coordination. Manage sales, billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Monitor stock, inventory, product display, and replenishment. Maintain store cleanliness, food hygiene, and customer service standards. Handle customer complaints and ensure smooth store operations. Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
Achieve sales targets and maintain store discipline.
