Job Title: Inventory Manager / Store Keeper (Central Kitchen)

Experience: 2+ years in store or inventory management (Central Kitchen, Restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen preferred)

Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Job

Roti Kulcha Naan is a growing North Indian restaurant brand in Bengaluru with two outlets (HSR Layout, Jayanagar) and a central kitchen. We are looking for a careful, organized person to run our store and keep stock accurate, fresh, and well controlled across the business.

Responsibilities

- Receive incoming goods from vendors; check quantity, quality, weight, and expiry against purchase orders and invoices.
- Store items properly (dry store, cold storage, freezer) following FIFO/FEFO and food safety standards.
- Issue material to the kitchen and dispatch stock to the HSR Layout and Jayanagar outlets with proper challans/records.
- Maintain daily stock registers or inventory software, and update opening, closing, and wastage figures.
- Conduct regular stock counts and monthly audits; investigate and report variances.




- Track minimum stock levels and raise purchase requests in time to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor wastage, spoilage, and expiry; report issues and suggest ways to reduce them.
- Keep the store clean, pest-free, and organized, in line with FSSAI hygiene requirements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team, outlet managers, and the Operations Manager on daily requirements.
- Share daily and weekly stock and consumption reports with management.

Requirements

- Graduate or 12th pass with relevant store/inventory experience
- Valuable understanding of FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation, and storage of perishables and groceries
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of inventory or POS software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and accountability
- Able to handle physical work such as loading, unloading, and arranging stock
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (FSSAI awareness is a plus)
- Hindi and Kannada/English communication preferred
