- Oversee all store operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise

- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers

- Hire, train, and supervise staff, including cashiers, stockers, and sales associates

- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff to ensure productive operation of the store

- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed

- Track sales and expenses, prepare reports, and analyze data to make informed business decisions
