Key Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping and maintenance.

Ensure the store is ready and presentable throughout the day Keep racks, shelves, mannequins, and displays attractive and organized.

Regularly update displays for current arrivals, festivals, and promotions.

Manage staff discipline, attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.

Keep the team motivated and customer-focused.

Handle staff issues professionally and report serious concerns to management.

Ensure accurate handling of cash, UPI, cards, and other payments.

Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.

Ensure customers receive excellent service.

Resolve issues while protecting the interests of both the customer and the company.
