Key Responsibilities

- Inventory &
- Stores Management:

Manage day-to-day inventory and stores operations using Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate stock records, timely updates, and efficient stock movement.

- Technical SKU Management: Handle a broad and diverse inventory comprising a high number of unique, technical SKUs, often with relatively low quantities per item. Maintain accuracy across a large catalogue of distinct products, ensuring correct identification, classification, labelling, and record-keeping.

- Product Knowledge &

- SKU Identification:

Quickly learn and accurately interpret technical product terminology, product descriptions, naming conventions, model numbers, specifications, and SKU structures. Demonstrate the ability to apply this understanding consistently across a large and evolving inventory.

- Inventory Accuracy &

- Control:

Ensure correct stock identification, receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, and reconciliation, with close attention to detail to minimise SKU-level errors.

- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers and freight partners for dispatches, deliveries, and shipment tracking, while preparing and maintaining relevant shipping and transport documentation.

- GST Documentation &

- Compliance:

Prepare GST e-invoices and e-way bills accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.

- Systems &

- Reporting:

Use Tally ERP and Excel effectively for inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, documentation, and routine operational reporting.

- Communication &

- Coordination:

Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers,



logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience in inventory and stores management, preferably involving a large number of distinct SKUs across varied product categories.

- Strong ability to manage high-SKU, low-volume inventory, where each item may have unique technical specifications, descriptions, or identification codes.

- A quick learner who can rapidly understand technical product terminology, naming conventions, model numbers, and SKU structures, and apply this knowledge accurately at scale.

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, particularly in SKU identification, stock recording, and inventory reconciliation.

- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel for inventory management and documentation.

- Practical experience in GST e-invoice and e-way bill generation.

- Experience coordinating with logistics and freight partners, including preparation of relevant documentation.

- Good written and spoken English communication skills.

- Fluency in spoken Telugu and Hindi.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
