Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Store Incharge (Medical devices) to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and stock control in a medical device company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining accurate stock records and working on Tally for inventory and accounting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and storage
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of medical devices as per standards
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation
- Maintain inward and outward registers and documentation
- Work on ERP for inventory management, billing, and stock tracking
- Coordinate with procurement, sales,



and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Dispatch handling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in store/warehouse management (preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry)
- Experience of handling capital goods
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Hands-on experience in Tally (ERP)
- Good understanding of documentation and record-keeping
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
