About the Role

Bullsroom is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Stock Market Mentor & Trainer who can simplify stock market concepts and educate aspiring traders and investors. The ideal candidate should have strong practical market experience, prior teaching or mentoring experience, and a confident, professional on-camera or classroom presence.

We are looking for someone who can establish credibility as a mentor, communicate complex concepts in a simple manner, and create an engaging learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on stock market fundamentals, technical analysis, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Teach and mentor students, helping them understand market concepts through practical examples and real-world scenarios.
- Develop structured learning modules, presentations, and educational content.
- Explain charts, indicators, price action, market trends, and trading concepts in a transparent and engaging manner.
- Share practical market insights while emphasizing disciplined trading and risk management.
- Record educational videos and deliver live sessions, webinars, or classroom training as required.
- Address students’ queries and provide guidance to improve their understanding of the stock market.
- Stay updated with market developments, trading tools, and relevant financial regulations.
- Maintain a professional, trustworthy, and approachable image as a stock market educator.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Valid NISM certification is mandatory.




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in stock market trading, teaching, training, or mentoring.
- Prior experience as a stock market trainer, financial educator, trading mentor, or classroom teacher is strongly preferred.
- Strong practical understanding of technical analysis, chart reading, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Comfortable conducting live sessions and appearing on camera for educational videos.
- A mature, confident, professional, and credible personality suited to a teaching role.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates aged 35 years and above are preferred.
- Individuals with a background in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or conducting financial education sessions.
- Candidates who can build trust with learners through their knowledge, communication, and professional presence.
- Individuals who can combine hands-on stock market experience with effective teaching methods.
