Statutory:-

- Managing compliances and licenses in the stipulated time span to set up CNG/CBG/LNG facilities/Convenience Store/MDU/QLC/Solar and other augmentation facilities at the Retail Outlets
- To Co-ordinate with Stakeholders (HO and State level) to monitor and expedite the approval process
- To secure all the licenses (Pre and Post Open To Public) as per timeline.
- To ensure Nil incidences reported in the Region on license compliances
- Management of all licenses and compliances with the help of external, Internal Subject Matter Experts (SME), State Coordinating Officer (SCO), State teams
- Guide SCO/State/Consultants and coordinate to expedite the approvals
- Make representations at concerned PESO Offices & Advocacy for Clearance of approvals at these PESO Offices
- Time monitoring of approvals and clearances
- Ensure periodic MIS thru Program managers.
- Execution and obtaining statutory approvals within the prescribed timeframe.
- Coordinate with the internal stakeholders for a quick decision on matters related to statutory approvals




- To assist in quick disposal of hurdles with various stakeholders.
- Track and ensure timely payments of TPSPs engaged for various Statutory Approvals

Education required (min 50 to Max 100 characters)

- Necessary : BE / B.Tech
- Desired: MBA – Marketing background.

Experience Required (min 50 to Max 100 characters)

- Necessary : Minimum 6 years’ experience in CGD company related to Business / Network Development / Channel Management.

Desired : Exposure to Statutory & Regulatory Compliance Activities
