Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers.




- Lead and manage the field sales team.
- Expand market coverage and develop new business.
- Build relationships with dealers, contractors, and architects.
- Monitor competitors, sales performance, and collections.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in laminates, plywood, or building materials preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and dealer network.
- Proven sales and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
