About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-driven freshers to join our US Staffing team. The selected candidates will be trained in either US IT Recruitment or US Healthcare Recruitment, depending on business requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to begin their careers in the staffing industry and develop solid recruitment and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Connect with candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and assess their suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
BBA graduates or candidates with an MBA/Master’s degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence while speaking with candidates.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and develop industry knowledge.
- Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
