Job Summary

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced skilled to join our Yield Diagnostics Engineering team in Bengaluru in a Team Lead capacity. We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in semiconductor yield analysis, diagnostics, automation, and data analytics. Professionals with expertise in Scan and MBIST design, along with a solid understanding of Design-for-Test (DFT) fundamentals and associated tools, are encouraged to apply.

Key areas of expertise include:

- Yield Analysis and Yield Improvement
- Failure Analysis and Diagnostics
- 3D IC Technologies
- Scan and MBIST Design, DFT Fundamentals, and Tool Proficiency
- Manufacturing Data Analytics




- Automation and Application of AI in Engineering Workflows

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
- OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
