We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Nuva health care (Non-Invasive Therapy Centre). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after non-invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (such as ECGs, Echocardiograms, Stress Tests, Holter monitoring, and specialized non-invasive cardiac or vascular therapies). You will work closely with cardiologists, technicians, and healthcare teams to ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate clinical documKey Responsibilities

- Patient Assessment &
- Preparation:

Greet patients, review medical histories, explain non-invasive procedures to alleviate anxiety, and prepare patients physically and emotionally for testing or therapy.

- Clinical Monitoring: Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, ECG rhythm, and oxygen saturation) continuously before, during, and after procedures, promptly identifying and reporting any acute changes or adverse reactions.

- Procedure Assistance: Assist physicians and technicians during non-invasive tests, 2D Echo, Holter/Ambulatory BP monitoring hookups, and specialized non-invasive vascular or cardiac therapies).

- Emergency Preparedness: Maintain readiness for medical emergencies; operate emergency equipment (such as crash carts, defibrillators, and oxygen delivery systems) and administer emergency aid or medications under physician direction.

- Patient Education:



Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care, lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and follow-up schedules.

- Documentation &

- Compliance:

Accurately record vital signs, patient responses, and procedural notes in electronic health records while adhering to hospital privacy, infection control, and safety protocols.

- Equipment &

- Inventory:

Ensure therapy and diagnostic equipment are clean, calibrated, and in working order, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Education: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution.

- Licensure: Active state nursing license / registration with the relevant nursing council.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a cardiology, critical care, emergency, or non-invasive outpatient setting.

- Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of cardiac rhythms and ECG interpretation.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.

- Ability to remain calm and make sound clinical decisions in fast-paced or stressful situations.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic medical records systems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
