We are looking for a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Casualty ,LDR, NICU, Wards to provide quality patient care, ensure patient safety, and assist doctors in delivering effective medical treatment. The candidate should possess good clinical skills, communication abilities, and a compassionate approach toward patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and standards.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the treating doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
- Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the concerned doctor.
- Ensure proper infection control, hand hygiene, and biomedical waste disposal practices.
- Follow medication safety protocols and maintain medication records.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, wherever applicable.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of nursing stations and medical equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other hospital departments.
- Follow hospital policies, patient confidentiality requirements, and qualified nursing standards.
- Participate in staff training, clinical audits,



and quality improvement activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital.
- Valid registration with the Karnataka State Nursing Council or the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
