Summary The Business Analyst serves as the key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The role involves facilitating discussions, documenting requirements, supporting solution design and development, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and stakeholder requirements.
- Identify business challenges, assess potential solutions, and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including user requirements, use cases, wireframes, process flows, and site maps.
- Collaborate with clients, SMEs, Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
- Represent client interests throughout Agile sprints and ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and timelines.
- Identify project risks, gaps, and roadblocks, escalating issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Support solution planning, development, implementation, and deployment.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and results documentation.




- Conduct quality assurance reviews before client delivery.
- Provide regular project updates, knowledge transfer, and training as required.
- Review and improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with Jira or equivalent project management tools.
- Robust requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
- Experience in process mapping, design, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Replicon is an added advantage.
