SUMMARY

We are looking for a Social Media Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing from LinkedIn & other social networks for US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, screening, and building talent pipelines for US-based IT requirements, with primary focus on LinkedIn Recruiter/social media sourcing and additional sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source qualified IT professionals primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn networking, Boolean search, and social media platforms.

- Utilize Dice, and other job portals to supplement candidate sourcing and pipeline development.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, submission, interview coordination, follow-up, negotiation, and closure.

- Understand technical requirements and identify candidates across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, Salesforce, and other IT skill sets.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations.

- Maintain strong candidate relationships and continuously develop talent pipelines for current and future requirements.

- Work with W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time hiring models and understand basic US staffing/tax terminology.

- Have working knowledge of common US work authorization categories such as H1B, Green Card, US Citizen,



EAD, OPT/CPT, and TN.

- Negotiate pay rates and understand basic differences between W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements.

- Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, follow-ups, and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.

- Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required Skills:

- 2–5+ years of US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and social media sourcing.

- Experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment portals.

- Strong Boolean search, candidate engagement, and passive candidate sourcing skills.

- Good understanding of US IT staffing, tax terms (W2/C2C/1099), and visa/work authorization.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently in a US shift environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience recruiting for direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.

- Experience with JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or other ATS/CRM platforms.

- Proven ability to generate candidates primarily through LinkedIn rather than relying solely on job portals.

- Strong understanding of US IT technologies and the staffing market.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
