NextiCron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a 6-month paid internship in SRAM Design and Layout.

We welcome applications from graduates across Uttarakhand, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and other regions who are available to work in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.

? Work location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand

⏳ Duration: 6 months

? Paid internship

? Eligible batches:2026, 2025, and 2024

? Branches: ECE, EE, IT, and CS

Who can apply?

- Graduates trained at VLSI institutes in circuit design or physical layout.
- Bright, hardworking freshers with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
- Prior VLSI training is not mandatory.

What you’ll work on

SRAM Design: Circuit design, simulation, and analysis of SRAM bit cells and peripheral circuits.

SRAM Layout:Custom layout development, physical verification, and layout optimization.

You will receive guidance from experienced engineers and gain practical exposure to SRAM development.

What we’re looking for





- Understanding of semiconductor devices, CMOS fundamentals, and basic circuits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning, teamwork, and a career in VLSI.

Selection process: Through interviews.
